Sound and vibrations are powerful and can conjure feelings of happiness, sadness, joy, and even dread. Fortunately, we can learn how to harness any sound and vibration for healing and relaxation.

During this 2-hour workshop, learn the science behind sound therapy and various sound therapy techniques you can use to reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase your energy and focus. Learn the importance of welcoming sounds even when they bring sadness and anxiety.

This workshop is a combination of instruction and sound meditation practices. Please bring a mat or meditation cushion. Space is limited.
