Private sessions are a supportive first step if you:

In 1:1 sessions, we assess your current capacity and explore modifications you can confidently carry into a group class—whether it’s one I teach or another class in the community.

1:1 Yoga
1:1 Yoga is ideal if you’d like a customized yoga sequence—at home or at Frostburg Fitness—focused on your goals, movement preferences, and comfort level.

Stillness Practices
Experience deep relaxation and mental clarity with our meditation sessions, designed to cultivate inner peace and awareness. We specialize is guided imagery, yoga nidra, mudra, and transcendental meditation techniques.
Movement & Yoga
Rejuvenate your body and mind with yoga movement practices that focus on relaxation, tension release, strength & stability, and healing. We specialize in Restorative, Face, Chair, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga styles modified for all levels.
Sound Bath & Chanting
Allow the vibration of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gentle chanting wash over you. These soothing tones work on a cellular level, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance to the nervous system.
