Join us every 3rd Saturday of the month at Main Street Books in Frostburg, Maryland beginning at 10:30am for an all-levels chair yoga practice followed by the reveal of the current Mindfulness Book of the Month. 

Chairs are provided. No experience necessary. No fancy pants required. You can even keep your shoes on!
