Your Wellness Journey Starts Here
Whether you’re here to relieve pain, find your calm, or simply reconnect with yourself, we meet you with compassion, expertise, and the tools to help you feel better—inside and out.
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy isn't what you might expect. It's not a yoga class or a fitness class. It's a personalized, one-on-one approach to wellness that blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and other therapeutic techniques to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
As a Certified Yoga Therapist and Health Coach, Paula Reeves (founder of Love Travels) meets you where you are—no matter your age, mobility, or experience. Together, you will create a plan that supports your unique needs, complements your medical care, and works toward your wellness goals.
"I'm not Flexible Enough for yoga!"
Let's Shatter The Myth About Yoga & Flexibility
Yoga therapy is not a fitness class, and yoga therapists are not trained to be fitness instructors. We don’t expect you to touch your toes, balance on one leg, or try “keeping up” with anyone else.
Unlike yoga classes that follow a one-size-fits-all routine, yoga therapy is personalized care in a one-on-one or small-group setting, designed to support your body and your health goals. Yoga therapists are specialized and trained to adapt movement, breath, and stillness practices for those with chronic conditions, limited mobility, anxiety, or pain.
Whether you’re 8 or 88, yoga therapy is safe and effective. No flexibility required!
